Choosing a new job plays an important part in one’s life. That’s why we give you a great amount of information – you can visit our offices, talk to your potential managers and colleagues and ask them about their personal experiences which will help you get a good idea about the position you are interested in.
The recruitment process is conducted in English. Depending on the position, it can also include other languages and generally comprises of the following steps:
1. Job Application
Submission of the application form and CV
If you are interested in any of the available positions, please fill in the online application form and attach an English version of your CV as directed on our website. Only by following this procedure can we guarantee that your CV will be dealt with appropriately by the right person from our Human Resources department.
Initial evaluation of the submitted information
After receiving your application we will evaluate your suitability for the position you applied for and any other available positions.
Storage of your personal data
Should your data profile not fulfill our requirements, or if the position was already filled by another applicant, we will inform you via e-mail. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, your personal records will be stored in our database for 12 months and can be used if a suitable position becomes available.
2. Telephone Interview
If your application is suitable for the vacant position, our Human Resources colleagues will invite you to a telephonic interview, and provide you with detailed information about the position and working conditions.
3. Personal or Skype interview
The personal or Skype interview is the most important part of the recruitment process. Not only do we want to learn more about you, but this is also an opportunity for you to learn about our working environment, the company culture, and most importantly, about the job itself. You will also complete a computer-based test on logical thinking, which will assess your ability to think rationally in difficult situations.
4. Job Offer
Notification of the interview outcome
We will inform you of the outcome of your interview within one week.
If your application is successful, we will promptly arrange your start date as well as any other details.
