ICT Specialist


To ensure that operations is up and running at all times and within client Service Levels and compliance with IT Standards at all times. To ensure Lufthansa InTouch Brno is able to provide a Consistent Quality Service to its customers through the provision, and maintenance of leading edge IT Solutions and Services.


• Administers and maintains the companies IT infrastructure and manages all telephone changes
• Responds to and resolve Helpdesk issues
• Ensures that company IT assets are maintained according to company standards
• Administration and maintenance of computer stations and software for the Company’s training programs and training facilities and proactively provides support
• Manages troubleshooting, system backups, archiving, disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary while identifying and motivating opportunities for improvements
• Provide End User Level Support
• Deployments of new Systems
• Administers users and computers at server level
• Maintain Servers


• Experience in a similar role / Diploma in Information Technology
• MCSE i.e. Network Administration, Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Windows 7/10 is a plus
• Familiar with Desktop deployment, VMWare (Virtual Machines and redundancy)
• Basic knowledge of:
• Virtual LANS and Routing
• Cisco equipment
• Programming languages e.g. VB, SQL, Linux, Access
• Excellent MS Office package skills
• Exposure to ICT and Telephony (Avaya, Genesys) would be an advantage
• Data storage and Maintenance skills
• Installation of Printers and other hardware
• User administration by means of Active Directory
• Sound knowledge in IT Security services, applications and processes


• Flexible, self-motivated and proactive
• Analytical with strong problem solving skills
• Develop an interest in the Call Centre industry and its processes
• Fluency in English, German is advantageous
• Strong team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An ability to implement processes and procedures as defined by management
