Biljana Manolova

success-biljanaI began my career with Lufthansa InTouch Brno in 2005, working as Customer Service Consultant on the Bulgarian market. I gained experience in various areas: general reservations, the Miles & More programme, and travel agent support. Two years later I was appointed Team leader; in 2009 I became a Product and Process Analyst, was involved in synchronising and coordinating various processes and projects within the Lufthansa InTouch network. I later became an Operational Quality Consultant, and since November 2014 I am the Client Programme Coordinator for the Lufthansa.Com Team. My job enables me to constantly learn new things and develop my skills, which I really appreciate.

Ruxandra Stan

success-ruxandaI joined the Bucharest team in June 2005, and a few months later I was delighted to become the Team Leader. After three years of maternity leave, I took over new tasks, and was involved with various services. In 2012 I had the opportunity to work as a Team Leader of the Balkan and Czech teams. This was both a new challenge for me and a motivation to learn about new cultures.
Since May 2014 I am the Lead Team Leader of all Lufthansa markets in Brno. I enjoy every new project we work on, and love the diversity of our work and our multicultural environment.

Maria Valerianova

My journey with Lufthansa InTouch started in 2013. I have worked as a Customer Service Consultant on German market assisting the customers in German and English language. Soon I took over new tasks, such as coaching for the new-comers, new projects, and services. In two years I accepted the opportunity to become a deputy of the team leader for the German market and in four months I was promoted to be a team leader. In my role, I am responsible for the performance of the market, as well as the quality of the calls and the well-being of my team members. In the year 2017 I was selected to take part on the On the Move exchange program and I had a chance to visit our office in Canada for three weeks. I love that the job is never boring and new challenges await me every day.

Natalija Ponigerova

success-natalijaI joined Lufthansa InTouch Brno in 2005. As a Customer Service Consultant on the Serbian team I gained in-depth knowledge of Lufthansa’s products and services. I later gained further experience assisting Miles & More customers, supporting travel agencies and issuing airline tickets. In 2008 I was promoted to the position of Process Coordinator. In this role, I am responsible for introducing new projects to our centre. My colleagues and I work together to develop the company; we help each other and share new knowledge. I love working with my teammates – their support is the key to my own success!
