Lufthansa InTouch is the preferred customer service provider for Lufthansa and its group airlines. Our international Customer Service network covers the entire range of airline passenger services; we provide innovative solutions through various channels. We are passionate about service excellence and aim to exceed our customers’ expectations and provide an exceptional travel experience.

The Lufthansa Service Centre in Brno was established in 2005 to handle customer care for the Lufthansa Group in Central and Eastern European countries. We provide customer service to clients all over the world within the air travel industry. We operate as part of a global network of 7 customer service centres based in Peterborough, Dublin, Berlin, Cape Town, Istanbul and Manila.
Today the Service Centre of Lufthansa InTouch in Brno employs a multilingual and multicultural team of 260 Consultants. They assist passengers flying Lufthansa and Swiss in more than 12 languages on a 24/7 basis.

Our Consultants at Lufthansa InTouch Brno assist customers with bookings and purchases of flight tickets, provide all services related to Lufthansa’s frequent flyer programme ‘Miles and More’, deliver airport related services (e.g. baggage tracing, irregularity handling), and ticketing.
