What is the job about?
- Our Customer Service Consultants are the primary contact for Lufthansa passengers
- They answer questions regarding the flight reservations, cancellations and online check in via phone
- The calls are handled in Hungarian and English
What skills are we looking for?
- Fluent knowledge of both the Hungarian and English language
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility and stress tolerance
- Team spirit and eagerness to learn new skills
- PC skills
